Quote Request Form:
When users submit a quote request through our form, we collect the following data: full name, email address, phone number, delivery address (including ZIP code, city, state/province, and country), quantity requested, and any additional notes. This data is used exclusively to prepare and send a personalized quotation and to calculate shipping costs. The legal basis for processing this data is the performance of pre-contractual measures (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Workshop Bookings:
Reservations for our ceramic workshops are processed via the third-party platform FareHarbor. When you book a workshop, your data is collected and managed directly by FareHarbor in accordance with their own privacy policy. Gazete Azulejos does not collect or store personal data related to workshop bookings on this Site. For more information, please refer to FareHarbor’s Privacy Policy.

Cookies:
The Site uses cookies strictly necessary for functionality, performance measurement (via Google Analytics), and user preferences. You may manage cookie preferences via your browser settings. No login or user account system is implemented.
