Workshop Policies

By completing a booking and attending the workshop, participants confirm that they have read, understood and accepted the conditions below.

TILES PICKUP

Painted tiles cannot be taken home on the same day.
They must be kiln-fired and are ready for pickup the following day between 4:00 PM and 5:00 PM.

After that, tiles can be collected during our regular opening hours.

PARTICIPATION & SPACE RULES

Only paid participants may remain inside the workshop area.
We are unable to accommodate extra guests, companions or visitors “just watching”.

This rule applies to all participants equally and helps us ensure a safe, focused and enjoyable experience for everyone.

MINORS POLICY

Minors must attend with at least one paying adult who actively participates in the workshop.

Parents or legal guardians are fully responsible for the child’s behavior, safety and compliance with workshop rules throughout the activity.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations or changes are not possible with less than 48 hours’ notice.

Bookings made within the 48-hour window are considered final.

LANGUAGE

The workshop is conducted in English.

STORAGE

We store workshop tiles for a maximum of 3 months.

Tiles that are not collected within this period are considered orphans and are sold to support our tile preservation project.
